These engineering papers are site-specific to meet the standards for your porperty.
Engineering your garage paperwork will take a few days, 3-4, and will be delivered electronically via email.
This option is great if you want to present your plans to the council first before you make a full investment. If you do not get the approval you have not yet had the garage manufactured.
The paper cost is non-refundable but will be deducted from your investment when you place an order with Cheap Sheds.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the price for more than 30 days. The global market for steel is significantly fluctuating at the moment and the industry is facing price increases at unpredictable times. So we are unable to guarantee a price for longer than 30 days but we are able to honour a set price for 30 days from payment receipt for the “Engineering Only” request.
NOTE: Each garage has site-specific wind zone engineering. This means the design is adjusted to suit your area's wind zone so its safe and suitable for where it will be built. All engineering and relevant site-specific documentation for local council approval applications will be supplied with all orders.
Only available for Region A or Region B wind zones. Currently UNAVAILABLE in NT, WA, SA & TAS due to freight.
ACCESSORIES
Please select from the accessory list if you want to add a PA Door, Skylight, or Window so the engineering papers can include these additional features. If they are not added during council approval then you may have to resubmit the papers after they are added at a later stage.
Prices for these accessories are below :
- Window (max 2) - $269
- Skylight (max 2) - $164
- PA Door (max 1) - $380
These will be added to your order if you choose to purchase the garage.
