In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and you have not received your new shed, we will investigate and replace your order.
If you have not received your order within reasonable expectations or your tracking is not working, please feel free to get in contact with us. We are always here to help and we will be happy to chase your consignment up for you. Our business is our pride and joy and we take your satisfaction very seriously.
What are we doing to make delivery easy for you?
Insured – We have your product and insurance covered for you – We guarantee if your order is not received we will chase it and replace it if it has not arrived. All the risk is on us.
Reliable freight companies – We only use well-known quality nationwide credible transport companies.
How is it packaged – Most products are packed into a cardboard box and wrapped to avoid any damage. At times due to their size, some damage can occur to the boxes. Before panicking best to check the product itself inside for any damage/scratches etc. All our products must be carried by an able-bodied person but once in a freight company's hands we have limited control. So please report any damage for assessment and we will replace any damaged items urgently.
Overdue Storage fee - Once your product arrives at the depot for colletion or for home delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange a time/day suitable to collect/deliver. The freight company will contact the customer once the kit has been recieved to make arrangements. The customer has a 5 day period to have it collected/delivered, after this period a daily $5 storage fee will be charged till it has been moved.

Cheap Sheds is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We have a preference that only the top quality Australian Made items are supplied by us.

We will be collecting names, address, email and phone numbers for all customers. All customer contact details will be kept securely in our database. We do not sell or disclose this information to any other person. We do not store or keep any credit card details.

Promotions Policy
Coupon Code Promotions -Coupon Code will be deducted from the cart total and can only be applied once regardless of multiple orders.
Gift Card Promotions- In general we provide one gift card per order. Multiple orders of the same product will only be issued one gift card of the value promoted.
Free or Bonus Accessories - In general, these items are shipped separately to the storage unit ordered and delivery will depend on the supplier and accessory being promoted.
Sale Prices- Sale prices are set but suppliers and the run times may vary according to the sale period outlined by suppliers. 'Percentage off' ranges are strictly applied to the range being promoted and cannot be added to a different product in a different range.
Free Home Delivery - Delivery promotions are set and controlled by individual suppliers and the run times may vary according to the sale period outlined by suppliers. At times certain postcodes, cities, states or regions may be excluded due to the inability to provide the service to the area. We will supply a list of postcodes or cities these promotions apply to.
Colour / Image Disclaimer
The information provided on this website is for general information purposes and use only. We have done our best to showcase the product as complete and as accurately as possible. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product purchased is suitable for their specific needs. Any advice provided by staff will be based on the information provided at the time by the customer and the suppliers. Cheap Sheds will only be responsible for correct advice per the information provided at the time.
Despite every effort to provide accurate photos and images of the product colours and designs, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, and slight differences in product finishes over time. Cheap Sheds will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Cheap Sheds, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
ALL ORDERS- PAYMENTS
Any refund balance if payable will be paid via the original purchase gateway used eg. PayPal, Stripe, less their fee charges.
GARDEN SHEDS
CANCELLATION
Once garden shed kits from the Spanbilt & Cheap Sheds range have gone into manufacturing you will not be able to cancel your order for a full refund.
If you choose to cancel your product, during or post-manufacturing a store credit, less 25% restocking fees will be provided.
If you wish to cancel it please get in touch with our staff immediately so we can check the status of your order.
RETURN/CHANGE OF MIND
If you receive your purchase and are not completely satisfied OR if you change your mind, we will accept returns of items within 30 days of receipt of goods. (For Stilla timber sheds, returns for change of mind are NOT accepted.)
New unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a store credit less 25% restocking fees and return shipping. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Store credits will be issued after receipt of goods in sale-able condition by supplier. Please note this applies to stocked items only.
GARAGES, WORKSHOPS, CARPORTS, & SMARTLOCKERS
CANCELLATION
Garages, Carports, Smartlockers and Workshops: These steel buildings are manufactured to individual specifications. As they are made to order they are not able to be cancelled once manufacture has commenced.
RETURN/CHANGE OF MIND
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact Cheap Sheds customer service team to discuss.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
On receival of goods please take the time to carefully inspect the order. In the event of damaged or missing parts please call our customer service team immediately so we can investigate and rectify as soon as possible.
If your goods arrive damaged, please record this on the delivery slip and contact us as soon our customer service team as soon as possible. Please be ready to email photographs of the damage and any documentation relating to your order.
You have 30 days to notify us of any issues with your order.
Goods assessed to be damaged by misuse or accident outside the control of Cheap Sheds will incur a charge for any replacement components or product.
RETURN SHIPPING
If your item was damaged or faulty, or not as described, the supplier will pay return shipping, or shipping for replacement parts.
If you are returning item due to change of mind you are responsible for freight charges.
Return of item must be shipped to the specified suppliers’ factory on a nominated carrier.
Contact Us
Our Return Policy is in line with the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
