The promoter is Cheap Sheds PTY LTD (ABN: 37628001847) whose registered office is at Platinum Street Crestmead, QLD.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
COMPETITION DETAILS
The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
END DATE: September, 2nd 11:59 pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
For your entry to be valid, you MUST be subscribed to the Cheap Sheds Facebook page and enter via the form on this page.
Multiple, non duplicated entries allowed.
Employees of Steel Sheds Australia, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition are not permitted to enter.
PRIZES
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash or other alternatives will be offered in exchange for a prize and are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
HOW WINNERS WILL BE DECIDED
Winners will be drawn in a random picker generator. All entries will be added into a digital list and a random name will be chosen.
Winners will be contacted by EMAIL ONLY, after the completion of the competition. These emails will be sent by Cheap Sheds Pty Ltd. If no response is received by the winner within 14 days of the email being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and randomly select a replacement winner.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
