It is very easy. Just pick the shed you’d like to get and add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out. If you are a first time user, you’ll need to register on the website. You can add all the accessories that you require and nominate a delivery depot or home delivery during the check out process. If you have any questions you can contact us via email through the Contact Us page or you can also call us on 1300 920 219.
You can also place your order through the phone and pay by credit card, bank or personal Cheque, money order or bank transfer.

We offer free delivery to a large number of local depots where you can pick your shed up. It is a convenient and cheap way to get your shed. You can let us know at check out which depot you’d like your shed to be delivered to and we’ll dispatch your shed within 2 business days of receiving payment to your nominated depot. Please allow 3- 14 days for delivery and when your shed arrives, your local depot will give you a call on the phone number you provided at registration to let you know. Easy!

Depending on your location the depot delivery may take from 3 to 14 days however, in most of the cases it happens within 6 business days. If you are getting it delivered to your home, you will receive your item in 3 to 14 days. If any delays occur for an unforseen reason, we’ll be in contact to let you know and update you regularly on your purchase.

The assembly is very easy! The manufacturers we work with have done an excellent work in perfecting their assembly systems and all of our products are supplied with easy to follow assembly instructions. Most components are marked with individual part numbers, which are also clearly identified throughout the three dimensional drawings displayed in the assembly instruction booklets. Sure! Our products come with up to 12 YEAR WRITTEN WARRANTY. You can be assured that your investment will be around for a long time to come. We are cheap on the prices but not on the quality.

All of our products are made in Australia. The Absco and Spanbilt products are manufactured in Brisbane, QLD while the Durabuilt EasySHEDs are made in Albury, NSW.

We offer a list of cool accessories! The available accessories will depend on the manufacturer that makes the product you purchase. You can get anchor set to secure your shed to the slab, sky light, sliding window, louvre window, steel shelving, locking door, sliding door and tool holders as well. If you live in a cyclonic area, you can also get cyclone kit to upgrade your shed’s cyclone rating. Please see the list of our Accessories at check out.

Most of our sheds are engineered to a wind rating of W41C, to withstand wind speed of 147km per hour. Cyclone kits are also available to upgrade your shed in cyclonic areas, to W50C, for wind speeds of up to 180km per hour. You can add the cyclone kit to your shopping cart at checkout.

Normally single door models have a 750mm wide door while double door models have 1500mm wide door opening on Absco and Durabuilt sheds. Spanbilt garden sheds come with a range of door sizes. The product description pages will tell you the exact size of the door(s) and how many doors each item has.

Sure, we have privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted suppliers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
We do not store any of your financial information, your payment is done through a secure PayPal PayFlow Pro gateway system.
We only collect information from you that we need to complete the transaction. Our email marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. If you subscribed to our news letter you’ll receive that once a month.

Yes we do. If you made a wrong colour or size selection, that’s ok you can send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (to the factory in Brisbane QLD or Albury NSW depending on the item you purchased) within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll change it for you. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply.
If you changed your mind and don’t want the item, that’s ok too. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (to the factory in Brisbane QLD or Albury NSW depending on the item you purchased)and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer. 25% (of the purchase price) restocking fee may apply.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, email, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfil your order successfully.
How does CheapSheds.com.au protect customer information?
When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.
Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the PayPal PayFlow Pro gateway system. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. CheapSheds.com.au does not store any credit card information on its servers.
What about Cookies?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that.
